How do I create a support ticket?

Be sure to include:

  • A clear description of the issue
  • Any relevant screenshots (if applicable)
  • The email you used to register or purchase

Our team will review your request and respond within 24 business hours (Monday–Friday. ET).


If your request is urgent, please mention it in the subject line so we can prioritize it.
