Why can’t I access the free gift or click the button?
If you’ve entered your name and email but nothing happens when clicking the button, this is usually caused by a browser or device issue.
Try the following:
- Refresh the page and re-enter your details
- Use a different browser (Chrome or Safari recommended)
- Open the page in an incognito/private window
- Clear your browser cache
If you're on mobile, try switching to a desktop (or vice versa).
